Why wouldn't it work? It's just a machine. It's not like the US PS3 knows that it's in Europe, so it's going to stop working.

Following is the link to the Playstation 3 online manual. It is only 120 V, so you would need a transformer to run it. It does discuss region codes on games, and tv formats.

Should do but you will have to get a European power supply for it, ie 230 volt.
The games do not appear region specific.

Will do but not you cant play europe games on it. It also does't have all the technology as the uk one.
