Sorry if this sounds a stupid question. But when they say 28 days for cycle. Is it 28 days from the first day of your last period until your next. Or is it 28 days from the last day of your period??

Ask yourself this question: 1st day of period is more definite or the last day of period is more definite? Most women would be able to tell when it comes. Therefore the cycle should start from 1st day till the day just before the next one.
