When I first saw her I thought it was a camera trick and they were using an "80's" Paula making it appear as if there were 2 Paulas. Then I said "OMG Joan collins??, Why?" Who was she??

Carole Bayer Sager. She had been married to Burt Bacharat, who is a great composer who THINKS he's a great singer, but his singing really $usk$.

She had also been married to Marvin Hamllish before that.

She has written some great songs. One of my personal favorites is "I'd Rather Leave While I'm in Love" sung by Rita Coolidge. You can hear a snippet of it sung by Rita Coolidge here:

I also love "A Groovy Kind of Love" sung by Wayne Fontana and the Mindbenders.

Her hair is much darker. You're right, she does look like Joan Collins. It took me a while to figure out who she was.

Carole Bayer Sager - an amazing singer/songwriter - tons of hits, lots written for other artists. Was married to and collaborated with Burt Bacharach.
Yeah, it's amazing how much she looked like Joan Collins.

Carol Bayer Sager (or Sager Bayer). She is a singer but mostly known as a song writer from the 60's and 70's. She still writes songs. I thought she did a good job.

Rod Stewart? heavily? the guy stumbled two times strolling out to sing and his dancing became embarrassing. He did a solid interest making a music for a 60 year previous guy. The Black Eyed Peas stole the practice. Fergie and the group. all of them.

She's a song writer. You are right she's a dead ringer for Joan Collins.

I was wondering the same thing. She kind of reminded me of Liza Minnelli at first glance...
