I don't know that I'd change anything. I think my wife would say it would be nice if I had a butt.
Other than that, I just wish to remain healthy.

Only 1 wish? Well ok then, hmm I guess to get better eye vision so I don't need glasses. I was going to say being slimmer, but all I have to do to make that wish come true is exercise more and actually "WORK" for it.
