I know this anime that's REALLY good...really hilarious...it's called Ouran High School Host Club, you could go on youtube.com and all 26 episodes are all on there...I promise you, you'll be laughing so hard....

bleach is hardly the type that gets romance. only 20 percent of romance at best. And Inuyasha is too much of a commitment to watch in order to get any GOOD romance in an anime. And its only funny when it shows a decent episode. Here's some good ones that i may suggest.
Love Hina (only the manga. because the anime packs the laughter and the romance. but not too much as the manga version gives you)
Karin (a romance with a messed up vampire plot. but its still funny to watch)
Moonphase (same goes with Karin)
Ranma 1/2 (one of the best anime that gives you both of these aspects)
Chobits (it has more of a cute funniness to it. but its still a great anime to see. so you make the call on that.)

Fruits Basket I've heard is a romantic comedy. That and Full Moon Wasogashite. At least I think the second one is.

I don't do funny and romantic...weeeelll not very often
Bleach has comedy and romance...
Fruits Basket is alright
and so is
Inuyasha
Everything else I have is a little on the Dark, Depressing, and Gory channel

*Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstances) - really funny
*Daa Daa Daa! (UFO Baby) - if you dont mind the cutesy ones, its really sweet.
*DN Angel - well not too funny, but its romantic
*Fruits Basket - enough said.
*Ouran High School Club - if you havent watched it yet...!
* Wedding Peach
*Chobits
*Love Hina

His and Hers Circumstances, Love Hina, Fruits Basket, Gravitation (yaoi), Ah! My Goddess. Can't think of any more that I've watched, but those are some starters for you!

Tsubasa Chronicle is romantic, with some comedy thrown in as well.
There is also Basilisk, not "too" funny, more action and romance then comedy and romance in Basilisk, but it's still a really great one.
