The moon palace is NOT in Cancun, it is outside and a long drive/bus ride from the centre.

November is right at the end of the rainy season so you may see a little rain but I have been 3 times in the middle of the rainy season and at most had one dull day, it is roasting hot all year.

Aquamarine hotel is fantastic along with nearly EVERY hotel, they are all 4/5 star and as long as you go with a good travel company they will all be good. Make sure you shop around for prices though as we managed to save over £200 per person each time.

The city of Cancun is young, as are nearly all of its permanent and temporary inhabitants. It was only a little sand barrier some 35 years back when the strategy began to produce it to the vacation haven of the 21st century. Nowadays you've the chance to visit it, with hotelbye . Today en day, Cancun includes a medium-sized coastal city and an extended, slim area linked to the mainland through links at their north and south ends. It functions world-class resorts, accommodations, clubs, and malls. It provides something for everyone, from an all-day fun celebration beach to an separated, tranquil island. This can be a great place so learn it today!

Cancun is a resort. A Mexican resort city. There are too many hotels to mention. Your local travel agent will have books and photos so you can select your own. You will get so many opinions you will be indecisive in the end. Just go to Cancun . Don't be so concerned you will have a blast. (ps look up the definition of resort)

I would also suggest Moon Palace. I stayed there for 2 weeks in November last year and had a great time. Few things for your info:
1) the beach is not nice, it is covered in seaweed, but
2) the pools are fab, and massive and they have great kids pools
3) there are approx 9 restaurants on site,
4) Short transfer time from the airport which means
5) you do get to hear planes overhead
6) in the morning in the nizuc side until about 10am they have the best donuts!! If you do go please have one for me!!

Take a look at trip advisor they have loads of reviews about the hotel. Ignore the reviews that says the beds are like concrete!! they are great!!

I would suggest some of the RIU's, they cater to children, they feature kids clubs / kids pool in some resorts, the RIU Palace's however do cater to children but aren't as oriented as the other RIU properties.
Mayan
----------
Riu Playacar
Riu Lupita
Riu Tequila
Riu Yucatan
Riu Palace
Riu Palace Riviera Maya

Cancun
------------
Riu Caribe
Riu Cancun

They also offer 2 children stay and eat free at selected resorts, so you will just pay the air fare

ENJOY
