I ordered one from Studio, it keeps changing dates and now says April so i cancelled my order. Phoned round all the local shops (i live in south west Scotland) and most said they were out of stock and had no idea when their next delivery would be, except GAME. The guy there said they are getting in a delivery of them on Sunday morning. Phone your local GAME shop and find out if they are aswell.
Oh and Argos told us some stores had them in stock (but they were too far away from us, they are not shown on the website though, have to phone them up)
Don't even bother with the links some have posted here, one has been removed coz it was spam and the other is for America (still trying to figure out why American's are posting buying info on a UK board??? lol)

This site works pretty well; we were able to find out that the local Target got a bunch (42) last Sunday. But show up at least an hour before opening or you could miss out.
You'll need a lot of room for this system! Lots of arm swinging! We love it!

Where's the North East? North China? It hasn't been released in China yet.
FYI: It's northeast if you're referring to the New England area. Why don't you call the stores everyday and see if any stores are getting them. Or better yet, why don't you just wait outside the store everyday before opening time and wait until the shipment for that day arrives.

you can get it from stores. i used this site cuz if you type in your zip code here it'll tell you stores in your area getting the Wii and when and how many they're gettin
