i also set my bios to default.It doesn't beep even the ram or other diveces which are not fuctioned.

Go back to square 1, unhook everything.
Fire up and see what the BIOS gives you and what the BIOS setup says.

With everything hooked up it's hard to tell. only add 1 thing at a time

are your drives set with the correct jumpers...master? slave? cable select? Do you have the BIOS set to auto detect your drives?
