Love and the Fear of losing Love can definitely influence our thinking and our actions to those thoughts. Most humans will do ANYTHING to not lose what they believe to be true love.

Not sure what you mean by other emotions, but emotions do influence how we think. When you are furious and totally stressed about something, what do you think of the old lady in front of you at the checkout line, that is taking forever to try writing a check for her 5.00 worth of groceries? You get pissed off, and think bad thoughts about her. You may say something, you may slam your stuff on the counter, you may just storm out, or you may scream at your girlfriend about something stupid when you get home. If you are sad and depressed over a break up, you may "think" you are worthless, hopeless and lost, but you arent really. Emotions cause us to think or react a certain way, temporarily ! What we need to do is think with our heads and not just react to what we feel at a certain moment in time. Everything passes, time heals all wounds.

emotions in general can influence our thinking for sure
it depends on how r u controlling them
if u followed ur emotions more than ur mind ,it may lead u to do wrong things
and if u only used ur mind, ur decisions can be tough!
