you ask the service provider who has supplied the box to you .

since what i know is that they are limitations for the each server of vpn box to access .

That's limited more by the bandwidth you have available than anything else. The amount of RAM will affect this somewhat but you should be able to host 100 or more connections if you have the bandwidth needed.
