Yes you sure can. But, just like any type of silage you need to regulate how much they eat. Especially horses, if they get too much they will colic on you.

Cattle maybe, but definitely not horse it's too "stemmy" they might colic.

Yes, I would think you could. I wouldn't feed it to them a lot though.
