As I have read, there are many jobs opportunities in Alberta, so I think that is the province I want to go, but, Edmonton or Calgary?. Since, Im not canadian, I appreciate your advice =)

Well first thing, you need to have an employer to sponsor you if you are not Canadian. You must also meet entry requirements for Canada. Bring lots of money as the cost of living is high and rental accommodations are few in both Edmonton and Calgary.
The Province of Alberta is growing at the rate of 40% each year and infrastructure has not maintained this growth rate. The real money is in the oil patch and you will need to earn at least $70,000.00 year to get by. Oil is driving the economy, all other positions are pure spin offs and the pay scales do not reflect the realities of the high costs of living. Unless you are in the top five percent in your field, or plan on opening a unique business that is currently underserved, expect major expenses and external pressures you have never encounterd.
