Try using 'plethora' or 'cornucopia'...two of my faves. It's fun to go to the drive-thru window at Krystal's (thanks MnG for telling me what a great fast-food place that is) and ask them for a "plethora of french fries" just to hear their reactions. Gawd, ya just gotta love these unedumacated kids.

truthiness
[fr. truth via truthy]

1) obs. rare: truthfulness, faithfulness.

2) the quality of preferring concepts or facts one wishes to be true, rather than concepts or facts known to be true.

"Everyone who knows her is aware of her truthiness." - J. J. Gurney, Memoirs (1824).

In its 16th annual words of the year vote, the American Dialect Society voted truthiness as the word of the year [2005].

Comedian Stephen Colbert [co-opted] the word "truthiness" to describe "the quality by which a person claims to know something intuitively, instinctively, or 'from the gut' without regard to evidence, logic, intellectual examination, or actual facts" (Wikipedia). In other words, things that we just believe because they feel right.

Edit: Another good one is "automagically".
now chiefly computer jargon.
automatically, esp. in a way that seems ingenious
or inexplicable; as if by magic.

Unmentionables. That's not a great word but I've found it hard to work it into a conversation.

'Australopithecus' as in, "(S)He has all intelligence and charm of a less evolved australopithecine."
I also like rupuzé, which only means toad in Lithuanian but sounds awful! "We perambulated to the gazebo but it was covered with rupuzés".
