Bee Pollen!!!! It is a complete food. It contains a vitamin B complex (vitamin B is responsible for energy production with in the body). It has 18-22 amino acids (more protein pound for pound than a steak). It is also a complex carbohydrate (longer energy than simple carbohydrates like sugars). It contains many trace minerals. It also contains beneficial bacteria (to aid in digestion).

The more you do - the more you can do. Exercise in the morning before you go to work. If you can just get up 30 mins earlier and allow time for a jog (or even an exercise DVD) you will be bursting with energy for the whole day.

I discovered this late after many years as a couch potato!
