I have much to learn of it myself, but I am in agreement with much
of Baha'u'llahs teachings. Please be ready to evolve spiritually,
as some Bahai members are still stuck on Baha'u'llah. And He himself said there will more messengers in our time.
I don't expect blind allegiance, just be open.

Of course Baha'is are "stuck on Baha'u'llah" -- otherwise we wouldn't be Baha'is! That's like saying Christians are stuck on Christ!

I do not know where you got the idea that Baha'u'llah said there would be more spiritual messengers in our time. It seems pretty clear to me that he said the opposite:

"Whoso layeth claim to a Revelation direct from God, ere the expiration of a full thousand years, such a man is assuredly a lying imposter. We pray God that He may graciously assist him to retract and repudiate such claim. Should he repent, God will, no doubt, forgive him. If, however, he persisteth in his error, God will, assuredly, send down one who will deal mercilessly with him. Terrible, indeed, is God in punishing! Whosoever interpreteth this verse otherwise than its obvious meaning is deprived of the Spirit of God and of His mercy which encompasseth all created things. Fear God, and follow not your idle fancies. Nay, rather follow the bidding of your Lord, the Almighty, the All-Wise."

(Baha'u'llah, Synopsis and Codification of the Kitab-i-Aqdas, p. 13)

I'm still trying to evolve spiritually .... by following the teachings of Baha'u'llah.
