As much as it sucks, to a lot of people out there, Barack Obama studied in a Wahabbi Madrassa in Indonesia. Never mind the fact that there weren't such schools in Indonesia at the time. Never mind the fact that Madrassa is just an Arabic word for school. Never mind the fact that when CNN sent reporters to the school he attended, there were smiling boys and girls playing and learning just as they do in schools around the world. Lies like this risk compromising the integrety of the US electoral process.

I'm saying that the school he went to could have been used to shoot a video for REM's "Shiny Happy People".

And why should I believe that Hillary released it Locutus? Because Insight Magazine said so? That is what they call a double smear. First you make something up. Then you lie about where you heard it from. Eventually it gets exposed and you kill two birds with one stone.

If it can happen in 2006, it can happen in 2008.
Anyone who has bought into the internet fodder about Bush ought to be very concerned about how this works in 2008.

Yes, it sure can. Lies can ruin everything, and I'm sure some of the early Presidential elections had lies floating around in them, too.
I like how that Conservative magazine decided to run the story even though they had NO SOURCE for the story. I found it on snopes.com, which reported it false, and I saw the CNN thing, which was through. It takes a lot of guts, and a lot of foolishness, to run a story which appears in a chain email.

"some" say Ron Paul is a Democrat in Republican outfits, yet purely because of the fact he opposes the conflict in Iraq, and that's a "Democrat" concern. How dumb are you able to get? Oh, virtually as dumb because of the fact the conventional voter. purely ask the guy who reported Ron could get "3 % of the national vote and 0 % of the electorial votes." properly, initially, electorial votes are not casted in primaries. 2d, if that individual became talking of a customary election the place Ron gets the Republican nomination, a significant social gathering candidate getting 0 % of the electorial votes has on no account occurred. pressing onward. those that say he will lose are a similar mindless sheeple who "vote" for a individual who can get elected instead of balloting for the terrific individual for the interest. those same sheeple are those that discuss with the song of the polls and enable different individuals elect who they vote for. human beings say "yet we've a democracy!" No. That became hijacked by ability of the media and companies who shove down our throats who they opt to be the subsequent president. And there are those which will call me "one in all those loony Ron Paul supporters." properly, in this sea of extremely-orthodox, sit down-and-do-as-you're-advised human beings, maybe i'm loopy, or maybe, purely maybe, for as quickly as, a minority attitude is strictly top. take exhilaration on your majoritarian politics. i'm off to do some thing greater useful.

Well it seems to be all good with you when the lies are about Bush. Yes perception is everything and I don't want the man for president.
Do you think the likes of Dan Rather will go on national T.V. with forged documents to try and discredit him?
