Is there other way to relief menstrual pain, other than taking a panadol ?

From my own personal experience, Midol is the best non-prescription medicine for cramps but it always made me really tired and unable to function during the day. What works even better, without the nasty side effects, is birth control pills. I would specifically say Ortho Tricyclen. It pretty much eliminates cramps alltogether. I don't know your situation, but that might be an option to consider. Otherwise, like the previous answerer said, a hot water bottle, or even better, a heating pad applied to your lower abdomen really works!

I am not sure what paradol is, but if it is a prescribed med from ur doc like a painkiller then it should be good. if u r not into prescriptions... taking any brand of ibuprofen ex. advil or motrin, and
acetaminophen ex. tylenol or store brand together...its the best non prescription relief as well as exercising.
u''d have to know if u have n e allergies....
what i do is take Super strength (more potent than extra strength) motrin and usually i am fine...if its really excruciating pain then i take a super strength motrin with a tylenol.....
basically the cramp pain comes from the uterus muscle get swollen during ur period and it then gives u bad muscle cramps...and usually ibuprofen is for cutting down pain ad swelling....tylenol just targets the pain...so if ur pain is due to swelling tylenol wont be relief for long...... and also from personal experience i was in a lot of pain so i decided since nothing was working i wll try execise i mean u should be wearing tampon for this...lol so i went on treadmill and it did numb out the pain a bit....i hope this helps...
p.s if u really cant handle the pain u should see your doc and get examined...once prob is found it will be a lot easier to eliminate pain....use birth control as very last choice...rem its hormon from outside being put into ur body....good luck!!

i just hammer a few boxes of king dongs and go into sugar induced oblivion. Tasma P i just reported you for your canibis statement, not that i didnt agree but to see if i can randomly kick off some other users on yahoo's new imporved big brother boards. i wrote... 'exterminate her for drug use because she is a marijuana junkie, punch her in the throat'. so no hard feelings, i just want to see how yahoo will go thru with this as to test the parameters for later uses for one of my other 1200 nicks. thank you and enjoy :)

get a hotpack and put it on your belly. if you dont have it get a bottle and fill it with hot water wrap it in a cloth, use it as a substitute to hot pack.
