Is your manager an a r s e h o l e who is an incompetent fool. Does he/she exploit the staff and blame others for his/her mistakes? Are all Managers egotistical b**********? Who stick together like insecure rabbits? Because that was what my one was like and now i am wary of again finding employment.

Most incompetent fools are arrseholes who blame others. Most egotistical bastards stick together through insecurity and exploit others. It's nothing to do with your boss or managemwnt they're called POLITICIANS and that's what they get paid to do all day.

Well, with an attitude like that, I certainly wouldn't hire you.
I'm told that I am an excellent manager. My boss is a wonderful manager. But I've had some really bad ones in the past. Luck of the draw sometimes.
