What was the last good deed you did?

The last good deed i did was support my friend through a very tough year, her mum died, she damaged her eye with chemicals, broke her leg and her health failed slightly but she is still here and fighting her way through with my support throughout.

went to school this a.m to read with some children that just need a bit more help, i've been doing it 3 times a week for 10 weeks and it was my last morning till after half term and i'm gutted cos i've loved every minute of it,

I got up off a bus station seat to allow a disabled old lady to sit down.

She was ever so grateful and it made me smile all the way home too :-)

Helped a elderly woman carry some groceries to her car at the market I was shopping. She was so happy for the help.

You know when your walking on a foot path and theres only room for 1 of you? well this old lady was walking towards me and i gave her the footpath and i walked on the grass and almost stepped on doo doo

i let some woman in work do my job yesterday.so she got 2 sit down all morning and i had to run around like a woman possessed.think that was a good dead[i swapped coz she was unwell]
