Yes I stay up late regularly. The best way to change my habit was find something to keep me busy during day so I get exhausted at night. The reflection I am getting is I need a job.

Wow, I had no idea there were so many night owls out there. It's too bad we can't all find time to live our lives as we'd like to...or maybe we can. I was always told that it was unhealthy and yada yada but some people's mental clock runs in a different time-zone. I get tired around 7-8 but if I went to bed then I'd be awake at 2am, yippee. After 10pm it's like I get a second wind and often stay up all night and the following day. This makes for some interesting hallucinations, caused from being over-tired. Seems to me it's a no win situation; either I'm over-tired or over-slept. Ah well, life goes on.

Yes, frequently when younger. Try exercising for 30 -60 minutes, at least 2 hours before bedtime. Then have a warm bath or shower, and a glass of hot milk close to bedtime, which should always be at the same time every day, so you can set your body's clock. No coffee or tea for 6 hours before bedtime. No TV and only light music near bedtime, and nothing that is compulsive reading; something dry and boring, like a book about the formation and composition of the moon will put most people to sleep.

well i work overnight...and basically falling asleep is kinda hard because your body is programed to stay awake during the day...so my sleep has been crazy as far as schedule is concerned.......i get to sleep but it is usually not until 12noon...and i usually wake up between 3 0r 5...i had been taking alot of sleep aid to adjust to this schedule and finally did not need it anymore because i would find ways to wear myself out so that i would fall asleep....as far as reflection...i dunno...all i know is i am sleeping better during the day and i am more prepared for work....go figure i am fixin to move to days now after a yr and a half of overnights...

Bad habit? I think NOT. I stay up all night, every night, and go to bed when the sun comes up.
