Dont take this the wrong way, but do you have a work permit or residency where you live? There are universities that hire people for part time teaching positions, and univerisity career center also helps with finding jobs. Try consulting work, post your information in a local business newspaper, and something should pan out. Good luck in ur search!

You have the requisite qualifications for your area of interest. It's basic job skills you are lacking. You need to learn how to drive. It's a skill that's very important to most employers,as you've found out. A car is a secondary, though useful, asset. Get a friend to teach you how to drive. And, improve your communication skills. Using texting abbrevations won't impress any employer. Write in proper English.

You might have been applying for jobs beyond your qualifications. Apply to jobs at lower levels than what you've been trying to get and see what happen.

Also go to a state employment office near where you live. They'll have advice for you regarding the current job market in your community and what you'll have to do to apply or qualify for those openings.

Good luck!
