I believe it happens annually in New Mexico. Would love to hear what you thought if you've been cause I live in the UK and am thinking of taking my Dad this year as he's very interested in the culture. Any info appreciated.

Yes, it is an annual festival in Albuquerque, NM over three days; April 26-28th. It is one of the largest POW WOWS in the USA,
