Have some goals. Start out small. How about...
Getting out of bed at the same time every morning.
Taking a 15-30 minute walk each day.
Allowing yourself only one T.V. show a night?
Start out small and add on depending on where you are at.
Then you can add on by making bigger life change goals.

Oftentimes laziness is the product of tow limiting factors: failure to articulate clear goals and weak time management skills, especially the latter. Both problems can be overcome with a little reflection, study and practice.

Tell a friend that you are lazy and tell them what it is you should be doing. If they find you not doing what you should and when you should be doing it, they should kick your ***. If that doesn't motivate you, I guess you really like getting your *** kicked.
OR find someone else with the same problem... you'll either cure each other or make each other worse.
