they say it has no long-term side effects.
they said that about
mace
stun guns
CS gas
electric nets.
& rubber bullets.
all of them have been proved 2 cause long-term side-affects & even death, 4 some poor susceptible people.
every time they come up with a magic cure 4 dispelling people it fails miserably.
i remain 2 b convinced this Gun won't kill some1.
i think they the establishment, would try anything b4 they even think about trying good old-fashioned negotiation!

I haven't done enough research on this breaking news item to give a sensible answer. But I'm sure its only a matter of time before someone tries to use it to get girls naked.
Just taken a look at the newslink. Looks as though someone has finally invented the ray-gun. What would happen if someone was unable to leave the area covered by the weapon. Would they just continue to suffer or would they eventually fry?

We could make some adjustments for civilian use as well. Like make it a heat shield... up by the front seats at football pitches so no crowd invasions... else they have to back off from the oven blast type heat. Flick off a switch it can be turned off in emergencies.
