With all the spinoffs, what about a chance for the 50,60's year groups? There is a lot of missed talent out there. "American Idol's Lost in Time" Some title like that. I would like to be given credit for the suggestion and I might try out myself. 1950's 60's and 70's bred a music of a different time, alot of good ballads and such. If it dies the future will not know to appreciate the past and the sacrifices made. There are many people in their 40's and 50's plus that can sing very well. If anyone knows where to forward this suggestion to please feel free.

Don't forget those in their 30's. The cut off for Idol is 28 and there are a ton of folks in their 30's who could pull this off. I have often thought they should do a show for the over 30 singers and call it Older Idol. I know that's probably a bad name, but I agree with you. People not in their 20's should have some representation.

I totally agree with you.. There are several over 30 who can really belt it out there. They "Older" American Idol. Good luck getting this off the ground. I , myself being over 30, would really enjoy a show like that.

Yes I think they should have a separate show for people over 30 yrs old called American Idol: The Next Generation......lol

Yeah i agree, back in the days the music was great..all the greatest singers/rappers were from the old days, these new people suck

I totally agree with you!!!! That was the era of great music!!! Some of the stuff we have now can't even be called music!!! I think we need more good music!!!!

I don't think the earpieces can really be included on the list of things that need to be changed to improve the show.
