Pro:
It is free, everyone has healthcare, it releives the need for multiple systems, it is cheaper per person, it tends to be pro-active focusing on prevention, It makes businesses more productive as they do not have to carry insurance
Con: It hurts insurance companies bottom line, it employs fewer people because of less red tape, people may no longer be able to use their "family doctor", elective surguries tend to be less common ie: waiting list for electives
