You ask a tough question, because there are many who claim to predict the future, and who use a wide variety of arcane methods. Basically, scientists who study these methods have concluded there is no statistical difference between them and random choices.
I'll probably get flamed for this, but if anyone really could predict the future with consistency they could use it to profit enormously in the stock market -- and no one has.
