My friend asked the ncert director on phone when the results would be declared and he told him that they would be declared on or before the 1st of February.Also keep checking the website

but there has been no official word on it
even i have been waiting, and my board exams are fast approaching, and i'll be gone from school after that (im in 10th). so, i wish the results would come soon!!!

it's different for each state.
i'm from karnataka and i called the liason officer, and the receptionist woman says "check the website.1st week of february" and hangs up.
