In Rajasthan, public telephony is in need of real improvement and tech. modernization. Even celluler phones are restricted to the main areas, due to security matters. In the rural region, telecommunication is very limited in terms of coverage. That is where expansion is required. As a human relation personnel with a degree in business management, I guess you are employed in a private firm. My suggestion would be to search, explore and network with good brand firms.You should focus on the possibility of expanding in the rural/agrarian/desert/small-town regions. This requires thinking big and I really mean it.There is vast scope for improvement, expansion and employment in telecommunication sector.Try to improve the situation in Rajasthan [guissing that you are Marwari] instead of working in other states.
In case, you want to get into the big league then you have to network globally together with skill specialization and long job experience and mastery over English language, to say the least.

There are so many JobPortals in India nowadays.. Log on to some good Portals and submit your resume..
I am sure HR recruiters and HR Executives have a good scope..
