I'm a man with family. I practice music and I can't manage time for it. Because I work in a MNC in telecom industry. I spend some times for watching TV and for family after I return home. And as I have to wake up early in morning (7am), I have to go to bed within 12 at night. I return home after office usually at 8pm. So I have only 4 hrs. to do all the things: give time to family, make arrangements for the next day's office, for refreshments etc. So see, I can't get time for music. Also I like to read books very much. I don't get time for it also. please help me with real solutions from your experience.

Oh my goodness, how I can relate to you. In my case, I transferred into a different divison of my company to make more time for my family, but that doesn't sound like an option, so I am going to give you some ideas of how I coped prior to my move. First and foremost, try to do all of your planning for the week on the weekend, if possible, like setting up meetings, writing down appointments in your day planner, and if you have outlook web mail or any other e-mail, take advantage of your calendar and USE IT! See if it is an option to take your spouse or significant other out to lunch a couple of times during the week. If you have children, eat breakfast with them in the morning before you leave. Set aside a special family day or evening at least once per week, on which you come together as a family, like a game night or a homecooked dinner and talk to each other about what has been going on in your lives over the previous week. Also, make the most of your time on off days and on weekends, but don't forget to make some time for yourself, like devoting time to a favorite hobby or just taking a breather on your own, all alone to regroup. Time will not come from others, hence you should make it.
Determination is what is required from you.
