First you need to have GPRS enabled.
and for that u need a compatible mobile..just try calling the customer service at 121..and follow the instructions.

Also, if u r not being able to open any site then probably u haven't subscribed for internet services.It costs something around 15 rupees per day.Just check with the customer service.
