I am paying for a cell phone for my mom and it does not allow international calls. Someone keeps on calling her from that number. Someone please help me and let me know the location of that number. No Jokes on this one, please help!?

Well it doesn't seem to be international as country code 76 doesn't exist. Are you sure the number isn't +17605866645? That would be a Sprint PCS cell phone from Oceanside, CA or I should say it was originally a Sprint number but due to number portability it could be on any carrier now.
