I am a guy but I would jump into a pool in my shorts and shirt on in hot muggy weather.

I'm a guy so I wouldn't wear a dress or skirt, but if it was a hot day and I was near a pool I would jump in with jeans, socks and shoes, and a shirt on.

Sure why not because under the dress would be my bra and panties and that would be the same as a bathing suit.
