Warm milk.
Hot chocolate I prefer swiss miss brand.
A teaspoon of honey-read that in a womans magazine honey has something like what turkey has it.
Eat some turkey.
Listen to 30 minutes of quiet soothing music or read a book. Also no tv should be on.
Take deep breaths in bed to relax.

First make it as dark as possible in your room put on the stereo or TV to a music channel without LYRICS_ instrumentals or soundscapes- Then do some meditation relaxation excersises like this....


Start mentally on your toes/feet concentrate on relaxing the muscles of your feet then mentally move up your body calfs/legs knees/ thighs...etc... by the time you are up to your neck you should be sawing laogs....

Firststep is to turn off computer and close your eyes...good luck and good nite!

They say if you go for a late walk outside, something about natural darkness im told wil help you get asleep. Also I find the cammomile tea excellent too!

Just let your body get it out of your system and then settle. There isnt anything much you can do to speed up the process;
Maybe walking will help a little;

Drink caffeine free camomile tea, it tends to calm down people.

oh whats that, fresh outa wiskey you say??? go run outside till you're outa breath...trust me you will feel tired after that
