I need a reliable estate agency!! Has anyone had any really good experiences?

I'm looking to move out from the place I am lodging at, into my own rented accommodation.

I am based in Nottingham, but as most of these estate agents are franchises, I would like to hear about what to expect from them in general, no matter where in the country you are based.

i just re-read my question, that wasn't very clear! what I mean is, no matter where you are based, any info about what to expect from them would be usefull!! lol

go with grants, i'm with them now, any problems and they sort them straight away
