Is this a practical question?
If you are looking to go to the best univ for education I would caution you that teacher pay is so low that the best one is the cheapest one....usually a state univ in the state you live now.
If you go to the "best" you may saddle yourself with debt that will rob your quality of life for years to come. If you are rich or Daddy Warbucks is sending you to school, there are many good schools. One of the best in the Midatlantic states is Towson State Univ. in Maryland.

Usually the smaller state universities are the better schools for education majors. For instance, here in Michigan, if you want to be a teacher, Eastern Michigan University and Western Michigan University would be better choices than University of Michigan and Michigan State University.

My daughter would say, "Fairmont State University" in Fairmont, WV.
