There's a whole science or art around that. Very simply put, you stand or sit behind them, take their hands and move them to explore things that you want them to know about.

I think possibly the only way to communicate with someone with those qualities would be to use feeling. It would be difficult yes, but it could work. Also, to the people who questioned your describing this person as dumb, it means that someone is unable to speak, not that they are stupid. I thought it was pretty obvious when I read the question, but maybe I'm just really good with context clues. Sorry about that rant. I hope this helps.

i can understand the blind and deaf part don't understand the dumb part but let me give you this as long as a person has 1 of his or her 7 reciving abilitys left there is a way to communicate

Can a deaf human being use signal language? There are continually some attitude to life life to the completed no count number number how disabled you're. in my view, i imagine that is only an insulting question. positioned your ideas to it.
