Indonesia is one of selected countries which is Nike licensed to manufacture Nike shoes.
Most of multinational are looking for cheapest labour and plant rental to manufacture their products thenafter export out of that country.

Nike, as any other big company, uses Asian people or eastern Europe people to make their products, because in these countries the medium salary is way lower that in others. BUT this doesn't mean that they are fake, or that the fabrics are bad. They just use the same fabrics but lower payed people to put the fabrics together making the product. Possibly the fake nikes are also made in Asia or eastern Europe but if you buy it from an authorized store you'll get the real ones for sure.
