A fenced one I should think at that price.
Saying that, I work in IT and often sell on second hand laptops for £100 and under.
If you have contacts, you should be able to get a decent P3 for that kind of money.

I think it was the Japanese or Chinese who made what is called the abacus. Probably a good one sells for under 100.

you could get a z80 as an antique be a good talking point in the display cabinet.A working one.... mine just before I'm going to throw it out of the window for having a mind of its own lol
