to learn these testing tools should i learn some languages like c, c++, oracle or basics of computer(ms office) is more than enough.i want to learn quality assurance in testing.pls can you people suggest me

The basic course like msoffice does not related to testing.Testing basically means you have software and tool,By giving certain conditions and situations we need to find out that whether the software works..
You no need to learn C,C++ and Languages..
The testing tools like win runner, load runner.But Knowing the language will be an added advantage..

No, u really don't need to learn the Technology for Testing, infact its better that u don't no the technology so u can test without bising.
U should just get knowledge about Test tools (including testing S/W).
