A couple of weekends ago WHSmith were selling gift packs for Driving Experiences, Hot Air Ballon Rides, Spa Days. Argos and Boots sell similiar things as well.
I heard in the middle of last year that Red Letter Days had either gone bust or was in serious financial trouble - they were in serious debt to the companies that run the various days.

I would search up the type of car or experience you would like on Ebay. Try different ways of saying it.
I almost bid on a Ferrari weekend for $150 USD but dropped the money on something else.
There were all kinds of driving experience item from types of cars, to racing, to safety training etc..

you can get them from argos and boots they come in nice box and are great for gifts, i got my partner a white water rafting experience, great gifts. not sure of the price tho
