Yes the are real unless they used a body double. The dancing scenes are real too.

In movies outside of the porn industry, the sex scenes are not real. They are imitated, and many actors say that these scenes are very laborious to shoot and not sexy at all. Recently there was an independent film shot where the sex scenes were real. It's called "Short Bus."

Most of them are supposed to be fake, but then makes me wonder why movie stars seem to get together afterwards
