First wright down your important files of all hard disk drive. Then format all harddisk. Load Windows XP and Spywere. Then live update the spywere. After that run spywere in compelete system. After that copy all data one by one. After each and every time copying that run spywere on full system. Your system required zero level formation

Oh dear dear,
Dont. panic.
The problem is very likely to be a hardware problem instead of a software problem. To confirm this point, you may run the window in safe mode and see whether it restart again. Safe mode is entered during the boot up procedure by pressing F8 after the manufacturer's screen stops and before the window screen appear. The safe mode stops a lot of drivers in windows so that the chance of crashing is minimised. If the computer still restarts in safe mode, then definitely it is a hardware problem.

Then you open the compter lid and touch the CPU heat sink and the heat sink of the "north bridge" (an IC on the motherboard with heat sink, used for interfacing the CPU and memory), as well as the surface of the memory chip, see anything too hot. especially see whether the CPU fan stops turning leading to excessive temperature. Once the CPU cooks, it will be powered off automatically. This is a protective mechanism to avoid CPU damage.

You may also enter the BIOS CMOS set-up mode of the motherbiard. This is done by pressing either delete, tap, esc, F1 or F2 (depending on motherboard manuturer) the key to press is normally shown up during the boot procedure. Press the key quickly before the window page appears.

In CMOS set up , you can probabily see the running temp of the CPU and probabily the mother board, check whether the temp is within safe limit, (about 30-50 deg C). You can probabily reduce CPU speed (or FSB speed) to reduce the temp. Try out by save and exit and run in window to see whether it restart again.

You can always reset the change in CMOS by momentary taking the Li battery out and put it back.

There are also diagnostic programs in the web to check the hardware parts. Try googling a bit.

If you still can't find anything, you have to swap hardware step by step, until the problem disappear.
Say if you have two memory stick, try swapping their position. For other parts, you probabily need to buy or borrow.

Good luck, hope that help.

You need to view your system logs to find out what the error is that is causing the shutdown.

Go to "Start"
Click on "Control Panel"
Select and double click "Administrative Tools"
Select and double click the "Event Viewer" icon.
In the right hand pane double click "System"
This will display entries that your system makes during normal operation.
There are three to four types of entries. The ones in red denote critical stop errors. You will see a column that indicates the time that these events took place. You can right click on any of these events and select properties to get a detailed description of what took place on any of these events.

Click on the critical stop error that took place at the time your system shut down, and select properties for that event. In the box that appears it is possible to get more information from the internet if the box doesn't give enough information. Many of these events will take you to Microsft.com and will describe the error in detail. It will usually give instructions on steps to take to correct these errors also.

One thing you can do is go to 'Services' (see Control panel and then click Administrative tools). Ssee one by one all option's property and if necessary make the system to 'Take No Action' in Recovery Tab.

Second Check you RAM on another computer.

This is easy to answer with your computer on the workbench, hard to answer here.

I would guess you have a Mainboard failure.

Unless you have the parts to swap in and out you will need to get your computer to a repair facility.

Or spend a lot of time going nuts.
