HELP PLEASE mum passed away on monday and were looking for the theme to her favorite soaps to play at her funeral on the 6th any ideas where i can get them were after the themes to Coronation street, Eastenders and Emmerdale thanks in advance and for the support i had when mum was first taken ill and for all the odd questions that have made me smile when i was sad

I use limewire but there are many free download sites (just search on google) where you can find the tunes you are looking for. Also, you could play some other music that you know she liked. I think Robbie's song, Angel is a lovely one. Do you know a friend or family who plays some instrument? For example the trumpet or something like that, because this person could play the coronation theme tune and I think that's lovely when you have your own musician at hand to play a favourite. I'm terribly sorry for your loss and it's good to know that by coming here you can actually forget your troubles for a few minutes. You are right, some of the questions are so hard not to laugh at, even if you are really low and don't feel like laughing. I really wish you all the luck and success in organising the best possible funeral that your mum deserves.

sorry to hear about your mum- hope you find the tunes you need to make you smile on the day? try the bbc shop via bbc.co.uk also try itv.com to see if there are any links as to where you could get the theme tunes. i've recently ordered from the bbc shop online and the service was great - parcel delivered in 2 days.

I'm really sorry to hear about your mum.
Try this link, apparently this guy has a collection and can send them to you. I assume that you can then burn them onto a CD to be able to play at the funeral.

Sorry about your mum , i know how it feels to lose a parent as i've lost my dad , but the way the world is going , and this country in particular perhaps the theme from " The Great Escape " might be apt !
