If I move to the another state after getting real estate licence

It depends on whether or not you have a Broker's license or a Salesperson's license. A Broker's license may be "reciprocal" but a Salesperson's license is not. Just check with the real estate commission or realtor board of the place you intend to move to. They are online.

I would suggest you research whether or not your license requirements are honorable in the state you are moving to. I know that each state requires different amount of Classroom time and other states use different types of contracts.

Definitely contact the real estate licensing board in the state you are moving to.

It depends on the states. You want to ask both real estate state boards about reciprocity -- that's the keyword. If there's reciprocity between two states, they are able to transfer with ease.

In some states, its simply taking a class on state laws and then paying the fees.
