ign.com had a story and so did g4tv.com. Not a whole lot of details out yet but I believe Electronic Gaming Monthly said it's going to be in one city rather than in a open "area" like San Andreas.

It's going to be the first GTA game to be released on Xbox 360 as well as other formats :-)
