Your question is wrong. Marriages are not made but fixed/arranged in heaven, they are preformed/solemnized on Earth & divorced in Courts...!!!!!

its through that marriages are made in heven becauseat the time of the birth only god also creats each ones life partner,but after marriage if we are not able to adjust the descesion we take is divorce so totaly we are to be blamed for it so it is said that divorce are made on earth.

Marriages are arranged by angels and Gods, so they are made in heaven.
Divorces are arranged by Lawyers (Liars), and they are found only on Earth or in hell.
That is the basic reason.
