thanks for the help but when i tried to download the full program(20mb) is not being downloaded only the application file(500kb)

The small file which you downloaded is a free-standing download manager program - which you then run to download the big file. When you download the big file, it should give you a choice where you want to save it - just choose your own location - preferably the desktop or a folder on the desktop. Once it has successfully downloaded you can copy it onto your flashdrive.

Yes, you may very well do that. Just save the installation file in the memory stick and open it up in the other PC.
