Dr. Rajkumar (Kannada:ಡಾ. ರಾಜ್ಕುಮಾರ್, Real Name: Singanalluru Puttaswamayya Muthuraju Kannada:ಸಿಂಗನಲ್ಲೂರು ಪುಟ್ಟಸ್ವಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮುತ್ತುರಾಜು, April 24, 1929—April 12, 2006) is the most popular actor in Kannada's film industry. He is an icon in Karnataka and seen as a role model to millions of Kannadigas.
"Dr. Raj" or Natasarvabhouma or "Annavru" (big brother) to millions of his fans, he was sometimes called the John Wayne of South Indian cinema.He acted in more than 200 movies over 50 years in Kannada. Most of his movies have become great epic films in Kannada film industry. He was also a well-known singer, as a playback singer as well as of devotional songs.

Late Dr. Raj Kumar was a Cinema Super Star in Karnataka, South India. He is good classical devotional singer. He was kidnapped by one decoit named Veerappan. To release him that local government spent millions and the entire money went to neighbouring provincial former top minister and they enjoy that now. Veerappan was killed by police.
So who is the beneficiary? His name is Mr. Karunanidhi!!! Another one is his son Mr. Stalin!

Dr.Rajkumar ...if U really mean it ...is Super Hero of Kannadiga film dome..and made Gunnies Record by acting in highest number of films in the world..do not ask about the quality of some of these films??He become popular again when he was got kidnapped by Veerappan...Now both are in Heaven watching U & me.
