Have you, ever had a bad experience following advice you received on Yahoo Answers? Please explain.

Darn. I was hoping to hear that someone wore their underwear backwards to a horse race, for good luck, or something along those lines.

Being advised i became going to die (quickly) and believing it for fairly awhile. i'm so satisfied it did not take position, yet i fairly imagine that only living with that over my head for see you later has in all likelihood both affected my psychological wellbeing and brought years off my life. i became so terrified and so disillusioned -- there aren't any words which will properly exhibit how that felt. It became the most gut wrenching, terrifying, sickening feeling that you'll imagine. and that i lived with it for YEARS, no longer only an afternoon or so. i'm continuously bothered through that journey.

Just a tremendous amount of guilt from the people who answered me. But, they really put things into perspective. You don't feel guilty unless you could be. I have also found that most people ask q's they already know the answer to, they just want to either confirm what they already know or to be talked out of what they know they shouldn't do. Don't take any answers to heart, just into concideration..k! Good luck to ya!

Yes, I got a violation for answering a couple innocent questions. It just doesn't make any sense when you really shouldn't get in trouble. n

I have never asked for advice here, nor will I ever, so to answer your question, no. No offense to anyone here, but I do not know any of you, therefore would never ask for your advice. Besides, I rarely ask questions here.
